Our stay at Tierra Maya was fantastic! The personal at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took care of any issues that arose. We had a small problem with our airport transfer, but the hotel more than made up for it by offering us free breakfasts and a delicious lunch box for our day trip. The location was perfect, close to the center but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The authentic Mexican look of the hotel added to the charm, and our room was spacious and exactly as pictured. We also appreciated the option to book tours and airport transfers through the hotel. we had a wonderful experience at Tierra Maya and would highly recommend it to others.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The view from our room was not the best, but we didn't mind as we were out exploring most of the time.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I had a great experience in this hotel. The complementary breakfast with fresh fruits and local coffee was a tasty start to my day. The hotel's location near the city center made it easy for me to explore the vibrant surroundings. Additionally, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.

The bathroom lacked a mirror over the sink, which made it challenging to shave. Furthermore, there were limited options nearby for dining out and it was quite chilly during my stay.

The beds were quite comfortable to sleep in and the room always looked neat, with a cleaning service every morning. There was a shuttle service that took us back and forth from the city, which was really convenient as we didn't want to walk in the dark after a night out. we were able to enjoy some really nice local food that was in close proximity to the hotel and had a nice view of the mountains from the window which was great to wake up to.

The breakfast was usually not ready when advertised and we had to wait a while before we could eat. The bathroom was a bit cramped, with little space to move around and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak which wasn't ideal for the romantic escape we had planned.

Overall great experience staying at this hotel. The place was really cute and cozy, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The price of the stay was very reasonable considering the quality of the hotel and the rooms. Beautiful wooden ceilings, window frames, and accents gave the place a cozy cottage feel. The bed in our room was very comfortable; we got a really good night of sleep. The bathroom and shower, which seemed to have been recently remodeled, were very clean and inviting. The hotel, in general, was very well maintained.

The only downside was that the breakfast was not available. However, there was plenty of coffee and purified water provided.
